In order to be eligible one needs to provide:

Equity/SAG/AFTRA/Company Employment

Registration for Athletic Competition

Enrollment in a training program such as University performance major, conservatory, and/or coaching.

Teachers and professors are eligible as well with proof of employment (ie: ID or pay stub)
